4 Business Solutions

4.1 Warehouse access control

Utilize wireless radio frequency identification system to identify the identity and image of warehouse administrators and material requisition personnel (access control system); Utilizing sensors and fixed electronic tag readers to sense the entry and exit of materials; Using infrared cameras for video surveillance; Utilize electronic tag alarm system to provide abnormal alerts; By using the above methods, provide data and visual evidence for implementing responsibilities.

4.2 safety stock

Set the maximum and minimum inventory for spare parts in each warehouse. When the spare parts inventory at each station is lower than the safety stock, the system will issue an alert. The WMS system will automatically generate a transfer order. When the total inventory of materials is lower than the safety stock, the procurement replenishment program will be triggered.

By utilizing the feature that each spare part in the WMS system can have a maximum and minimum reserve in each warehouse, based on the historical consumption and existing quota data of spare parts, the maximum and minimum reserve quantities are set for vulnerable materials with high outbound frequency in both the main warehouse and the supply station, while only the maximum and minimum reserve quantities in the material main warehouse are considered for the remaining materials.

When the spare parts inventory of the supply station is lower than the minimum reserve in the WMS system, the system will issue an alert and automatically generate a transfer request; When the total inventory of materials is lower than the minimum reserve quantity, the procurement replenishment procedure is triggered, and the procurement quantity cannot exceed the maximum reserve quantity.

4.3 vehicle dispatch

1) After generating the transfer order, the WMS system transmits the data to the vehicle management platform through the interface. The delivery department arranges the required vehicles reasonably according to the delivery task, optimizes the delivery route, implements loading and delivery along the way, and improves the utilization rate of vehicles; And based on the vehicle volume, maximum carrying capacity, spare parts volume and weight, calculate the vehicle specifications and quantity required for the delivery task, which can also be manually allocated.

2) The system automatically records the start delivery time, target warehouse receiving time, return time, and distance billing of the vehicle, and tracks and assesses the delivery process.

3) By using GPS system interface data to locate the geographical location of vehicles, management personnel can monitor the execution of delivery tasks.

4) The basic data that needs to be entered includes:

1. Vehicle information involved in delivery: license plate number, vehicle model, load capacity, volume, driver, etc.

2. The geographical location of each warehouse station is provided with latitude and longitude coordinates, and the mileage is automatically calculated to provide reference for the design of vehicle scheduling routes.

4.4 task scheduling

The Zhikuan Information RFID Warehouse Management System manages all inbound and outbound operations in a task-based manner, utilizing methods such as task execution tracking and quantitative assessment management to effectively manage and utilize key resources such as personnel and equipment.

ØReasonably schedule storage and logistics related resources;

ØComplete maximum homework tasks with minimal resource consumption;

ØImprove the utilization rate of storage operation resources;

ØProvide resource data for personnel performance evaluation;

ØImprove the processing capability of warehousing operations;

4.5 inspection and warehousing

After the inspector completes the acceptance on the WMS system interface, the system associates the electronic tag with the contract number, acceptance order number, spare part code, batch number, quantity and other information, and fixes or hangs the electronic tag on the spare part.

The flowchart is as follows:

4.6 Purchase Receiving

When spare parts enter the warehouse, the warehouse administrator needs to scan the employee's identity tag for confirmation. The sensor driven electronic tag reader automatically reads the content of the spare parts tag and forms a WMS acceptance form. The fixed reader/writer will automatically read the information of the incoming materials and compare it with the contract. If there is a discrepancy in quantity or other issues, the system will automatically sound an alarm, and the warehouse management personnel will identify the cause and handle it in a timely manner. The warehouse administrator promptly loads the goods based on the location information prompts and the actual situation. `

4.7 Purchase Return

The warehouse keeper scans the tag of the employee, confirms his/her identity, and calls out the WMS purchase return procedure. The on-site LED display screen will display the details of spare parts and storage location. The forklift on-board computer will be used to prompt the location of goods to reduce the time for picking up goods. When spare parts leave the warehouse, the contract number, spare part code, storage location, incoming batch, quantity and other information are read, corresponding to the original contract number of the returned spare parts, forming a WMS purchase return order. After the warehouse administrator confirms that it is correct, the system considers it as a normal outbound (return). Otherwise, camera monitoring will be carried out, and the on-site indicator light will sound an alarm.

4.8 Work order shipment

The warehouse keeper scans the employee tag, confirms the identity, calls out the WMS shipment order, enters the work order number and task number, and when the spare parts leave the warehouse, the system automatically generates the WMS shipment order.

1 The work order restricts the shipment of spare parts. When the spare parts are shipped out, the system checks whether they match the work order information. Otherwise, it will be monitored by camera and the on-site indicator light will sound an alarm.

2 There is no restriction on the shipment of spare parts in the work order. When the spare parts are released, the system records the employee code, spare part code, and quantity for video monitoring to prevent abnormal release of spare parts.

4.9 Return of work order to warehouse

The warehouse keeper scans the employee tag, confirms his/her identity, calls out the WMS Stock Return Form, and enters the work order number and task number. When the spare parts leave the warehouse, the system automatically generates the WMS Stock Return Form, and will limit the number of spare parts returned to the warehouse to not exceed the amount of the work order. Otherwise, video monitoring will be carried out, and the on-site indicator light will alarm. After approval by the warehouse director, the system updates the inventory.

4.10 Transfer location

When the warehouse administrator needs to optimize the storage location, they scan the employee tags for identity confirmation, retrieve the WMS moving location form, scan the electronic tags of spare parts and storage locations, similar to the original WMS moving location function.

4.11 Transfer and distribution of inventory

The warehouse keeper scans the employee tag, confirms his/her identity, calls out the WMS warehouse transfer release form, enters the warehouse transfer application number, and when the spare parts leave the warehouse, the system automatically generates the WMS transfer form. And it will limit the types and quantities of outbound items, that is, the types and quantities of outbound items cannot exceed the types and quantities in the transfer application form, otherwise camera monitoring will be carried out and on-site indicator lights will sound an alarm.

The flowchart is as follows:

4.12 Warehouse transfer receipt

The warehouse keeper scans the employee tag, confirms the identity, calls out the WMS warehouse transfer receipt, and enters the warehouse transfer application number. When the spare parts enter the warehouse, the system automatically generates the WMS warehouse transfer receipt. And it will limit the types and quantities of spare parts that can be stored, which must be exactly the same as the types and quantities of spare parts on the transfer order. Otherwise, camera monitoring and on-site indicator light alarms will be carried out.

4.13 inventory

Based on the inventory table created by the WMS system, conduct initial and retrospective inventory checks, and generate final inventory discrepancies. Inventory method:

1. Handheld inventory: The warehouse administrator holds an electronic tag reader to patrol and scan the storage location for spare parts.

2. Vehicle mounted inventory: Forklifts are loaded with electronic tag readers, and the forklift is operated to scan the cargo space for spare parts.

4.14 video surveillance

Management personnel can view daily inbound and outbound time, personnel and spare parts image data on the webpage, and call on camera data for monitoring.

The following situations are considered as abnormal inbound and outbound operations, with on-site indicator lights triggering alarms and the system retaining image data for future reference.

1) Spare parts that have not been processed for storage procedures will be put into storage.

2) Spare parts that have not completed the outbound procedures are being shipped out.

3) When purchasing inventory, there is a discrepancy between the information of the spare parts in the inventory and the spare parts in the inventory order.

4) When purchasing returns, there is a discrepancy between the spare parts information on the outbound and return orders.

5) When the work order is shipped, there is a discrepancy between the outgoing spare parts and the spare parts in the material list of the work order.

6) When a work order is returned to the warehouse, the type of spare parts does not match the ones in the return order, or the quantity of spare parts exceeds the amount received in the work order.

7) When transferring inventory for distribution, the type of spare parts does not match the spare parts in the transfer application form, or the quantity of spare parts exceeds the quantity in the transfer application form.

8) When receiving the transferred inventory, the type of spare parts does not match the spare parts in the transfer order, or the quantity of spare parts does not match the quantity in the transfer order.
